Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. As always, we recommend a patch test if you have specific concerns.

How do I choose the right shade?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us at customerservice@khaiabeauty.com within 12 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to assist before your order ships. After 12 hours, orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your return and exchange policy?
